Wood fired food and great wine is what we do. We have an Italian wood fired oven in our Garden Room and 4 Big Green Eggs in our barbecue hut. Our wine tastings with a meal comprise of 3 courses and 6 wines and cost £ 40 a head (minimum spend £ 600). Here are a few options to consider:-

Quaff my Bluff – During the evening, we’ll serve 6 wines (3 whites and 3 reds) by way of a fun game called ‘Quaff My Bluff.’
Starter – choice of Sopa de Guisantes (Pea Soup with Jamon & Mint) or Roasted Butternut Squash Soup
Main – we serve big, thin crust pizzas sliced into 8 pieces and pass them around the table for everyone to share. We start with Margaritas and usually end with Bresaola (air dried beef) and we keep cooking until everyone is full.
Dessert – Raspberry Pavlova or Lemon Cheesecake.

European Classics – 3 courses and 6 wines.
On arrival – Flute of Cava Brut Reserva, Bodegas Sumarocca
Starter – Spanish Tortilla with Green Salad served with a glass of El Tesoro Viura Sauvignon Blanc and  a glass of El Blanco De Lela Del Mar
Main – Herb Stuffed Porchetta with Salsa Verde, Lemon & Thyme Potatoes & Green Beans served with  a glass of Corvina, Cantina di Negrar and  a glass of Pipoli Aglianico Del Vulture
Dessert – Apple Tarte Tatin served with Domaine de Grange Neuve Monbazillac

Middle Eastern Evening – 3 courses and 5 wines.
On arrival – Flute of Mimi Methode Traditionelle
Starter – Chermoula Aubergine with Bulgar & Yoghurt served with  a glass of Judean Hills ‘Levant’ Colombard
Main – Spiced Rack of Lamb with Pomegranate Sauce & Roasted Baby Courgettes, Garlic & Tomato served with a glass of Vielles Vignes Cinsault, Domaine de Tourelles, Bekaa Vallee and a glass of Vin Rouge, Domaine de Tourelles, Bekaa Vallee
Dessert – Spiced Carrot, Pistachio & Almond Cake with Rosewater Cream served with a glass of Antoine Simoneau, Demi Sec Rouge

South American Evening – 3 courses and 6 wines
On arrival – Flute of Vida Organica Sparkling Chardonnay
Starter – Trout Ceviche with Avocado & Gaucho Bread served with a glass of Macarena Sauvignon Blanc and a glass of Nostros Reserva Chardonnay
Main – Picanha (Rump Cap) with Roast Potatoes, Herbed Mushrooms, Salad & Chimichurri Sauce served with a glass of Nostros Reserva Merlot and a glass of Bluehorn Malbec
Dessert – Burnt Orange with Rosemary, Yoghurt & Orange Polenta Cake with a glass of Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc, Toro de Piedra

Sicilian Supper – 3 courses and 6 wines
On arrival – Catarrratto & Peach Punch
Starter – Strozzapreti with Pesto Trapanese served with a glass of Mandrarossa, `Ciaca Bianca` Fiano and  a glass of Feudo Maccari Olli Grillo
Main – Grilled Beef Sicilian Style with Potato, Green Bean, Anchovy & Almond Salad served with a glass of Nerello Mascalese, Azienda Agricola Cortese and a glass of Nero d’Avola, Palazzo del Mare
Dessert – Marsala Chocolate Cake with a glass of Curatolo Arini, Marsala Superiore Dolce
