This full bodied dry red wine offers delightful blackberry and morello aromas on the nose. With great flavours of red fruit and black pepper on the palate, the finish is long and mouth watering.

(Chile) Casa Santiago Merlot
Restrained and elegant with fresh bramble fruit flavours and hints of dark chocolate and spice, well-balanced with smooth tannins. This is a lovely example of cooler-climate Merlot and an excellent food wine, very much in a Bordelaise style.

(Romania) Calusari Pinot Noir 
Light, soft and welcoming nose of autumn fruits. Soft smooth & spicy flavours throughout with generous soft red fruit flavours & a lovely elegant finish. Can be served cool with fish or at room temperature with game or spicy foods.

(Australia) The Accomplice 2nd Heist Shiraz
Made by De Bortoli, one of Australia’s leading family owned wineries. Medium bodied Shiraz that shows vibrant redcurrants and dark cherry flavours with a hint of sweetness. Smooth, soft oak tannins finishing with peppery spice. Made by Steve Webber in the Riverina region, South Australia.

(South Africa) Silvermyn Argentum, Zorgvliet
This blend from the Bordelaise specialists of Banghoek Valley is brim full of dark, crunchy Cabernet-family fruit with dark curranty corners amongst a sumptuously exotic glass. The palate finishes long, textural with a touch of hoisin sauce.

(Spain) Garnacha Tinto, Bodegas Borsao
The nose is open, generous and spicy. On the palate juicy bramble, cherry fruit and fresh redcurrants dominate. An easy drinking wine where supple tannins are balanced by good acidity and blackberry notes, with a hint of licquorice and black pepper.
