Ageing on thin dregs and regular bâtonnage.

Wine tasting The aromas and the flavors reveal very mature white fruits (pear, peach) the mineral; in the mouth the wine is buttered and very rich, with a powerful and well-balanced finish.
By aging, the aromas become more complex and dense (toasted bread, dried fruits). Good aging potential. Wine for the appetizers, buffet of starters, fish terrine.
Tasting temperature between 12 to 14C °.
